We got a brand new fire installed feb 2018 from this company. We have had nothing but problems. Follow ups for anything take ages. Still having issues 2 years on. Not happy.

I found their service excellent (pellet fire annual service) from ringing and speaking to the Admin lady to book it in as well the 2 men who came to Mum's home. Friendly staff and prompt service, I definitely recommend them.
