Blue Elephant Thai Restaurant is a must-visit spot in Auckland City for vegans and vegetarians looking for delicious Thai food. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the menu offered a variety of vegan/vegetarian options.The Tom Yum soup with tofu & the Red Penang Curry with was bursting with flavors. Pad thai was perfectly cooked rice noodles and a balance of savory flavors. the food was great. only the prawn food had some shells with no prawn in it. the staff were very friendly. the only complication we had was the tables which were very unstable. The whole time we had to make sure we don't touch any liquid/water to fall.

What an amazing place!Went out for dinner looking for some flavor and sis we find some!Entrée was unbelievable, ginger, lemongrass and a multitude of fresh flavorsScallops and the crispy pork are a must!Delicious with a side of mouth watering tenderness of fresh scallop.Do yourself a favor and give this place a try, you wont regret it!

Our 2nd time here, once again amazing food and top notch customer service by Kay, Esther, Bim. You gotta well respectful staff there love the way they treat and greet. Definitely coming back.

Blue Elephant Thai Restaurant Parnell
We were the second diners to arrive so it was nice and quiet then filled up quite fast, so make sure to book in advance! The servers are awesome, loved the traditional wear they had on and were able to help with menu items. The food was so delicious and enjoyed seeing the little elephant plates.
