I deal with workshops around the country day in day out looking after a large rental fleet, while I deal with lots of great people and companies i never think to write them a review. But Matt and his team went so far out of their way to turn a bad situation into a very positive outcome for our customers. Pleasure to deal with and very empathetic. We got a quote to replace clutch in our Fiat Ducato Motorhome that left us stranded at the side of the road just outside Sanson.We were Quoted at least $8000...maybe more.With AAplus..our motorhome and us got home to Hamilton.We Rang Fiat in Auckland ( same area Brent Bobby said they were getting geniue parts from) kit containing some parts we didnt need but will replaced whilst everything dismantled $1200.So $6800 in labour and incidentals? ..And would they have used the whole kit?..too overpriced.Worth doing your homework first!!Two stars for taking time to give us a quote..Btw we got a courtesy car plus our motorhome back to Hamilton for $340, so wasn't that much.
