I went into the store looking to replace my small key ring shared Victorinox pocket knife as a shell was damaged. The ladies in the store were most helpful and arranged for it to be repaired and even delivered it back to the office at my village. Excellent, cheerful help and resolution. Well done.

There were lots of other options outside of just strictly knives which was great to see and unexpected. There were also lots of multitool options (which is what I was looking for). Definitely would recommend as someone looking for some high quality knives whatever the purpose may be.

A local knife shop for quality kitchen products. I have been shopping at this store for donkey years. The messaging is clear you get what you pay for so expect to pay high prices for quality products. The picture shows two chef knives purchased from this store 20 years ago which still get used most days

Popped in on Saturday Petone store. Place is not well lit, the ladies didn't even acknowledge us when we came in and just talked to each other the whole time we were looking around. Just doesn't seem to have a welcoming vibe as a new customer.

Had a lot of questions that were answered. I bought a quality set of knives in a block but they weren't all razor sharp. I'll email them if they give me a free sharpening I'm good, if not I'll drop this rating to a 3*
