The guys at Hot Water Shop changed my leaking low pressure hot water cylinder to a mains hot water cylinder. They were fantastic to deal with. Free quote, turned up on time and house was left clean and tidy with a new mains hot water cylinder. Very easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

I had to replace two cylinders in the space of 2 months. Brendan from the Hot Water Shop is wonderful to deal with. Had a new hot water cylinder installed and switched to mains pressure. This was supposed to solve the issue of while the shower is on, if a tap is also turned on the shower drastically changes temperature.It did not solve this issue.Was promised a call out to get this repaired, with no cost to myself and after months of not hearing anything from Tim, when contacted again to remind, was told We might need a commitment to payment for another visit"The owner

From start to finish I could not be more happy with my experience with Hot Water Shop. While the pricing was really competitive, it was the fact the whole team were super friendly, professional and helpful, that made them really good to deal with. If you need a plumber, I cant recommend them highly enough, they did a really good job.

First time showed up but couldn't find the problem with leaking hot water cylinder and wanted to charged us $138 for the show up fee. Later I had to call to explain to them where the leaking was and book another appointment. Second appointment didn't show up because they forgot to put it in the system so they rebooked us for a third one. Third appointment showed up and found the problem and said Monday Tim will come fix the problem but again was no show and told us no booking was made.... We made another booking for a Friday bit you no what no one turned up again and the explanation was Tim's team is sick and this job was passed on to others and so on. We decided to find someone else ourselves and 5 days later the plumber we got from another company came but half an hour late, he assessed and fixed within the same day and was $60 cheaper too. Not everyone is perfect bit how water shop is pretty far from perfect from my experience.

Sean, Patrick & Greg as a team are amazing, they install our gas hot water, explained everything they did. They kept everything tidy, and had amazing customer service skills. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for gas installation!
