We recently booked a property advertised as Brand New and stylish home

We rented this huge house with three families and had a wonderful time! We stayed in winter but the home was lovely and warm, we could walk to town and the views were phenomenal!The booking agent was really helpful. We had to call the manager and they too were great, giving us a free late check out!We have booked again for summer - thanks so much to the owner for sharing their magic property!

Thank you to Waiheke Holiday Homes. We had a phenomenal time at the Moa Beach House. It was absolutely brilliant. It exceeded all our expectations. What an amazing property and a wonderful island.

I would like to say how disappointed I am with the waiheke holiday homes team. We booked a lovely house in Onetangi for 3 nights. Unfortunately after the first night my partner and I were covered in flea/bed bug bites. The second night my partner resorted to sleeping on the couch and I got bitten further. We bought this to the attention of the manager of the property and I emailed waiheke holiday homes with pictures of the bites. We received a response saying that it would’ve been sea lice. This was ironic in the sense that we had not been swimming the whole time we were there and weeks prior to this. It can also be noted that I’m a Registered Nurse and work in dermatology. We spent $100 on a “linen” cost and $100 on a cleaning fee. It is a shame that we received no further communications and no compensation for our bad experience. The house was great otherwise but this left a sour taste in our mouths.Hi Lynda,Yes we did email with pictures after the first night but did not get a response. I then text the property manager after waiting for a reply. We used 2 cans of insect repellent before we went to sleep and slept with all the windows closed. Which made for a very hot and uncomfortable sleep. The fact of the matter Is that all these things are useless if what you are getting bitten by is not a mosquito. Again, it’s a shame you fail to recognise that we were bitten by fleas or bed bugs. I would encourage you to sleep in the bed we slept in and let us know how you go.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Palm Beach Magic! The house was perfect for our needs and we felt so comfortable. The spa and pizza oven was a great bonus. The views amazing! Would definately return!Waiheke Holiday Homes have a great team and was a breeze to deal with.

We have stayed at Palm Beach Spa Magic twice and we will definitely return. It’s the perfect spot for us as a slightly extended adult family as there are three bedrooms , two separate toilets and two deck areas. Plenty of room for keeping out of each other’s hair as well as enjoying time together!Good internet access, well equipped kitchen, very tidy and the spa is a bonus!It’s only a ten minute walk to beautiful Palm Beach and the views from upstairs are incredible.A peaceful calm spot for a break.I should also mention how friendly the owners are in all contact.Highly recommended. Just don’t take our week

We stayed at the Calypso - Pool accommodation . It was a weekend getaway for a group of friends who have not seen each other since pre-covid. The pictures dont do any justice! Everything we needed was in the home. Liasing with the team prior and after departure was easy and very efficient. Everything we planned to do was cancelled once we saw the place - we never wanted to leave! The spa, the pool, the beautiful spacious rooms, the privacy and views - worth every penny. We even made a trip down to the beach which was not hard at all. Thank you so much for having us and making our trip a memorable one.

Waiheke Holiday Homes host a great selection of beautiful homes for every budget on Waiheke. You can also get 1 free night during winter which adds a nice touch to your holiday. The last home we stayed in was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!

Fabulous spot.Spent a lot of time sitting on the deck and watching the world pass by. Anakiwa is perfect for a holiday-well equipped,comfortable beds,nice powerful shower,great fridge/freezer,TV,chromecast and stereo setup. The BBQ looked good but we didn't use it. Minor fault was Aircon stopped working on day 1.Contacted manager who dealt with the problem within a few hours but was unable to get a technician till the day before we left (long weekend problem). Would have been nice to have on in the evenings but during the day there was a good airflow through the house. Made good use of local restaurants and vineyards. Will definately consider this spot highly for our next holiday on Waiheke. Good email contact with Waiheke Holiday homes when booking.
