Even with proof of purchase and never using the item doug refused to give me a refund for money which was mine in the first place, outright theft right there in my opinion. Taking the matter to small claims court and i will get my money back. Ive never had this issue getting a refund whenever ive taken proof of purchase and never using the product. Absolutely disgusting way of conducting bussiness and treating customers, i wanted a refund due to my engine not being suited to the part as my engine block wasn't honed or bored to suit the specifications so i couldn't use it.. you say it was due to me simply "changing my mind which just wasn't the case.. as for your remark to say i threatened anybody was blown way out of proportion
