Really good room, balcony not very clean. Am generally not a fan of artificial flowers and plants but if you do have them you need to dust" them as opposed to watering real ones. Loved the bath."

Hotel On Devonport
Was double charged for a room back in March, was told by front desk they would fix it the next day. Never happened. Waited a month then emailed receipts for the two charges, no reply and no refund still. Would have been a good review otherwise but this isn't how to run a business.

Absolutely impeccable service from 2 lovely ladies at the front counter. Rooms are immaculate. Location is perfect being so central. I couldn't reccomend this hotel enough!

This boutique hotel is right in the heart of Tauranga. Walking distance to the water front, city centre and main shopping areas, restaurants etc, great location with multi levels car parks at rear. Clean, cosy and spacious room. Friendly service. We arrived late in the morning prior to check in time. The front desk lady kindly checked us in.

Absolutely loved this hotel, best in Tauranga. Friendly service impeccable clean room beautiful balth, soft bed. Would absolutely recommend !Perfect location with a lovey view, very clean awesome staff.

Hotel On Devonport
Stayed here two nights 11 Jan - 13 Jan 2023. Complex was clean and well presented. Car park was great. Customer service and Reception were helpful and approachable. Would definitely stay here again. We were a family of 6 adults and a baby of six months. Three rooms, all as described above.

Photos used to advertise rooms does not match actual rooms, and no disability parking ??? Definitely does not have disability parking, I asked 3 times at reception and was told everytime that there are no disability parking. This can also be seen on street maps. The photo's on website is from the so called club". The room we had

Drab, tired brown room. No on site catering and breakfast (to be taken in the drab, tired brown room) has to be ordered by 8pm the day before so of no use to late registrations. Parking byzantine to access with no advice on the peculiar arrangements beforehand. Oh an an annoying additional charge to park but how else would you get to this horrid place other than by car? Ugly, overpriced and difficult about sums it up. I won't be returning.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable, very nice bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Super comfortable bed and very quiet , hardly heard anyone else in the building. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the excellent, easy access , secure car parking is great. Will definitely stay here again.
