Excellent business with fantastic staff who are super friendly and go out of their way to help. I can’t recommend AA Chch Airport enough.

Exceptional service. I booked two pre purchase inspections through these guys and they went over and above, providing great customer service and even letting me reschedule at short notice when one seller messed me around. Very happy with the thorough pre purchase check and would highly recommend this outfit based on my experience yesterday.

Awesome service from making appointment to getting car back. Lady on phone and front desk is awesome.Mechanic was most excellent and recommended new tires on rear.He also showed me what is happening under car and recommended getting sorted in 6mths or so.I am so pleased with service and expertise.THANK YOU

Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Serena on the desk is always helpful, and the mechanic team are real pros - always happy to talk through options and problems without feeling like you are wasting their time. Workmanship is always top notch.

Even though they were busy with a big line of cars to get through. they still managed to put my car through a wof very quickly. Will be returning for my other vehicles

DO NOT GO HERE.Trusted them to check a car over for me prior to purchase. Gave me a report claiming it was without any issues. Purchased the car, trusting AA had my best interests in mind.Few days later whilst having another look at the vehicle myself, I started to find power steering leaks as well as now having strut/shock suspension issues. I do not believe they have ever looked at this vehicle and they have simply banked the money and sent a print out. ROBBERY. I want my money back!!! They refuse to refund me. Scammers. Robert" was the imaginary or the extremely poor "mechanic" listed on the paperwork. I feel angry and let down as I used to trust the AA. Avoid at all costs!!!! They take your money for doing nothing and lie.Update: 01/08 car also now smoking from under bonnet and losing vast quantities of engine oil under engine bay. Maybe cracked head.Thank you AA for ensuring I got a lemon. Save yourself money people

I was happy with the 6-monthly service I had on my car last week and I'll bring it back again in 6 months' time. The reception lady was friendly and welcoming.I'd had a really negative experience at Doig Autoelectric in Rangiora a few weeks early and he'd caused hundreds of dollars worth of damage to my caravan, so I had no trust left for NZ tradespeople, but this place made me feel relaxed in spite of my anxiety about trusting tradespeople in NZ with my vehicles again. It's great that there are some honest vehicle tradesmen in Canterbury.
