My friend and I went to McDonald's in Ravenswood on Monday 17th July at 7.15pm.Walked in used the ordering machine. Wouldn't print a receipt, kept saying error. Stood there after ordering by machine waiting waiting waiting waiting. No one else inside waiting or ordering. The staff were not busy serving any one except the odd car via drive thru. One female spoke to say she would be there soon. Another female looked at us and walked away. Then she came back a few minutes later and said I will be there to take our order soon. I replied I had ordered by machine. Reply was oh order 104. When we got our order it we both felt like it was an inconvenience to serve us. Rude, no eye contact, no hello, no thankyou and no smiles from anyone working in the place. I live less than 5 minutes away from Ravenswood and the 2 apple pies were only just warm with no date of best before or use by.It will take a lot for me to ever go back to McDonald's.Times are tough for people so you need to sort your staff out. Teach them the value of good customer service.Brian

Best Maccas, all the staff here are super friendly and seem pretty happy to be at work! The food is always hot and you can tell they actually care when making it. Stoked to have a good maccas close to home.

This is definitely by far the best McDonald’s I’ve ever visited worldwide always efficient, quick service, hot chips, great holiday of food and the staff always bring the happy positive energy its always a lovely pleasure coming through the drive-through ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great today. Very inconsistent. Fast food is supposed to be fast, which it was today. I worked out there for months and sometimes my order would be 20 minutes. Not cool when ya rushing to get stuff done. The staff back then we're awful. Today I got a smile......

Went thru drive thru, ordered, waited to pay at first window- no one , went to next window- food not ready and we advised hadn't paid . Told you go around again to pay!!!! Unable to go inside to pay .Qued again.... this time someone at first window who , when we asked, said only person cooking so hence rationale for not being at window originally.Totally understand short staff issue.... don't understand lack of communicating this to customers. If people know why they can understand more reasonably. Think we were pretty reasonable ... could have got good and not paid, as no-one appeared aware we hadn't in the first place

Nothing wrong with the service and the food however as far as a place to sit and enjoy the meal it was unnecessarily noisy. The music was louder than necessary and the constant beeping from the appliance's in the kitchen made it very unpleasant. As someone who has hearing aids the constant beeping really does your head in. Was nice to walk out of the cafe.

Me and my partner come here often and always having to check our order as always missing something or missing things out of our burgers chips are always soggy and yuck. It’s cool use hire teenagers to work there but make sure they do their job properly.

I spent over 15 mins waiting in the drive through for my food the restaurant inside was not busy I even beeped my horn at one point with still no prevail. Eventually I received my food for it to be cold unsalted chips and no straw for drink I'm extremely unhappy with this service i would've gone inside to demand a refund and explanation for poor service but I was so frustrated I decided it was a better idea to write it on Google I would like a explanation and some sort of compensation for the overly poor service

I never make reviews but i thought this lovely lady needed one. The times she has served me she always has a beautiful energy. Her customer service is amazing, a very kind soul. She was working on the drive through tonight, looks like she could be a manager? Thank you!
