Dunkin' Donuts

I'm really upset that I was so blatantly lied to in this store. I got a 6 pack of donuts. Buy 6- get one free I read on the board. I asked, they said it was in the box. I got back to whangarei, there was no free donut, just the 6. They did this because I had a big suitcase obviously heading out of town. I will not be back and they were not the best I ever tasted especially with the side of lies.

Great Service! Delicious donuts the server Ethan was really nice and friendly and got my order done nice and quick.

If you are craving for an iced caramel coffee, this is the best place to get it!! And if you can, look for Kyla as she makes the best iced caramel coffee.. even ended up ordering 2 coffees today! Go get your daily dose of caffeine here! Seriously!

Best donut shop in NZ, simple, affordable yet perfectly yummy, not overly sweet, drinks are just standard

A delicious breakfast, sometimes it's possible :-) During each stay in Auckland we need to have breakfast there at least once. Then we also add a nice espresso to our breakfast.

Fresh Donuts and Super Coffee! If trying to restrict sugar intake and on a strict budget try the smaller munchkins. 12 donuts 24 NZD. Plenty of seating space inside. Donuts made fresh in store. Helpful staff members.

I went to this one yesterday around 4:30pm, came in and was completely ignored by the staff. I get she was packing donuts but at least let your customer know that you are aware of them being there, not just completely ignore them and not even say hi or say won’t be long, no smile, just seems like they didn’t want to be at work. It should’ve been the first thing you have done is greet customers even if you are doing something. I ordered the medium combo with iced coffee and munchkins and asked for soy milk.The milk was all solid at the bottom and I asked about the staff if the milk is still okay or why is it like this and was just advised the milk is fine and to just mix it with a tone and I was like hmm alright funny because I know how it works and milk shouldn’t be solid , when it is that basically tells you it was off but anyways, I went to work , later on had a really bad stomachache and lost count of how manu times I went to the toilet.Thing about being a customer to a place you used to work at for quiet a long time is you know how everything works and was very disappointed.
