Best meal in NZ! Fresh juicy oysters and mussels that were sweet.The beef dog was really good too with great batter.Really cheap too considering the quality.

One of the best fried/battered oysters we've had. The prawn twisters were good too. Kids loved the kids box.Seating is nice and ample parking.

Super fresh seafood. Oysters only $20 dozen either in half shell or pottle. Takeaways can be eaten in fantastic outdoor areas overlooking stunning view of estuary. Loads of parking & friendly staff. Most do when in Coromandel town.

The Lonley Planet Travel guide said this had the best seafood chowder in NZ.I thought I'd be the judge of that....Loaded with seafood and the sause is so thick and creamy. Worth every cent.This was, without a doubt exquisite and sublime chowder.One must simply stop here and try it.Thanks for sharing with me.

Very fresh local seafood direct! You can buy fresh oysters and eat them there and actually see the oyster farm in the bay!The battered oysters where the best I've eaten, large, fat with a crisp very delicious batter. Will never drive past this place again without stopping!

After some hard days further north in the Coromandel, the Mussels and Chips dish and the very charming outdoor cafe setting felt like a reward.The perfect place to stop off - on your way up, or back.

I had what is possibly the best fish and chips I've ever had at the Coromandel Oyster Company. The oysters were equally as good! I'd highly recommend you stop here and taste the food, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic fresh seafood. Oysters you must try! We had crab sticks as delicious dessert ;). Nice seating area outside also! Highly recommended!
