First time getting food at BK Ashburton and I was disappointed with the service. I tried using an app coupon but the staff member didn't know how to do that and entered the order at the standard price. They had to get the busy manager to come and fix this overcharge.I was then given my drink over the counter as the customer self service dispenser was out of order". I tried the drink and there was next to no fizz so I asked for a replacement. The second was the same. They then tried a different flavour drink from the same machine and it had no fizz too. I'm pretty sure it's the same CO2 gas cylinder supplying gas to all the flavours in the same machine and I'm sure there were many drive thru orders getting drinks with no fizz too. In the end I was given an orange juice.When my order was ready I was given my burger but no fries which I brought to their attention and it was quickly remedied."

Not a lot of seating.Went the night of Ashburton Glow. It appeared there weren't enough staff on, bins overflowing. Rubbish everywhere. Server was lovely considering how busy it was.

Food is great but building and toilets are disgraceful the manager was angry at his employee when I was there don't recommend going here.

when i asked no pickles for my cheese burger, i saw the woman who made my burger without gloves. i never go after that. maybe i can buy only drink there.

Good burger king, friendly staff, not quite as good as other burger kings but fine for a quick bite on a roadie.
