First contact was made on 22nd April, followed by two visits to our site to look at the issue our forklift had, and I asked them to send a quote back to me, but nothing came back from them until earlier June when I received the invoice (we could still use the machine as it wasn't too cold, regulator could be warmed up by the heat of engine). So I called them and asked again for a quote for the mechanic repair; followed by two phone calls in July (when the temperature dropped to single digit, the regulator froze up easily, and the engine got cut off), finally I got an answer from them, because they could not get a price for the regulator, so they were unable to give a quote.I was told that 'you definitely come to the right place!' when I fist time called them, took almost three months to get a clear message 'I could not do the job!', what a time waster!Strongly recommend do not go to them for mechanic repair, completely irresponsible.
