Had the best massage and facial I have ever had. Can’t wait to go back!The team were warm and friendly and my treatment was personalised to my needs. Absolutely exceptional, highly recommend.

Had a wonderful lash and brow trio done with complimentary head massage, was a wonderful break in the day. Staff are very friendly and offered glass of water on arrival. Super clean, relaxing and blissful atmosphere. Will definately return .

Always loved visiting Chrysalis for different treatments, but unfortunately it looks like I need to find a different place. Lately all my appointments get cancelled last minute. Last time I agreed to go to Browns Bay branch - ok, not a problem things happen. But this morning I received a call an hour before my appointment to inform me my appointment is canceled again. No alternative time to rebooked. This is really disappointing

Chrysalis in Whangaparoa is basically my second home. I have been a regular client for over a year now and all the girls are just so warm, welcoming and lovely. They really do care about helping others, and always have the best advice. I am so incredibly thankful to my therapist Gemma, she has been there from day one and has been on my skin journey with me every step of the way. I am so thankful to not only her but all the girls, always looking after me, and everyone who sets foot in-store. Even when my skin heals, i will still continue to go there and show my support as they have done for me :) Best beauty salon on the coast hands down!!! Highly recommend <3 P.S the DMK facials are the best!

I go for the indulgence package, best massage ever, and the facial is Devine, they always put me o sleep! Lol

Wow!! It's hard to put in words how amazing this experience was! I was gifted a voucher for a facial and massage and was quite nervous about the whole thing (as I've never been here before) including booking so I booked online and then unfortunately was rescheduled due to covid but Judy who called me to reschedule was so kind and made me feel so comfortable.Today I had my appointment and it honestly was amazing, I was so comfortable and relaxed I felt to be made at home" plus the results I had to book another of the exact same treatment for 4 weeks time.I'm glad my bestie gave me this voucher otherwise I would of never experienced such a great service

My mother in law gave me a gift voucher for my birthday, I was excited to try a new place... but hesitant. I was absolutely blown away with the service at Chrysalis. The team are so kind and welcoming, I felt so comfortable talking about my skin concerns with the therapist with absolutely no judgement.I’m so excited to see how my skin progresses with Chrysalis and am very excited to go back!The new space is beautiful and the rooms are a great size! My entire experience was wonderful from start to finish and I cannot recommend them enough!

I've just had the most amazing facial, a collagen treatment. Very relaxing and I feel well and truly pampered. Thank you to my wonderful beauty therapist Courtney (apologies for my couple of little snores, just proves I was totally in the zone). Cheers Nicky
