Adam from ACS was very good to deal with: polite on the phone, prompt in turning up to assess the job, careful in explaining the necessary issues to consider and heat pump options, and cooperative over negotiating a good deal.He and his staff then installed the pump efficiently and so far the house occupants have been very happy with its performance.I'd be very happy to use him and his company again.

I book ACS each year for an annual service of the heat pump. Very good service. Fast, efficient, clean and tidy. Good pricing.

After a few different companies we now only use Air Conditioning Specialists. The care and workmanship is top notch. He took great care to clean up after himself too. We have had both services and install done with these guys and every time everything is completed to a high standard with great communication.

Adam installed our Fujitsu heat pump and did great job. Very knowledgeable, not pushy and great communication. He managed to sort out a few problems with the install due to the poor job done by the people before him. Highly recommended, so glad we went with ACS! Thanks heaps Adam!

I'm very happy with the service! Adam was very thorough and careful with servicing my heatpump. (Spare parts are no longer available since they stopped making the brand). Now it's back to working with almost full capacity :) I would recommend ACS to anyone

I rang up Air Conditioning Specialists after having moved in to a new-build townhouse with unbearable heat issues which subsequently were causing major allergy issues for myself and a flatmate. Adam came out promptly that evening to inspect. He offered a bunch of practical advice too and had clearly been in the business a long time. The installation hassle-free, work completed very tidy, and even my wife commented how neat everything had been left despite the fact they had needed to (prearrange) getting in to the closet to run some internal ducting due to our properties small shape. This has made such a huge difference having these installed, especially in time for Christmas this year. They're nice units, quiet, and you can tell that Adam prides himself in his craftsmanship. It's been just on a week now and naturally there's no problems, Adam even advised us of a good maintenance schedule (some of which we can do ourselves to save on running costs, some will need professional servicing in-time) and so we're all set for the future now. Thank you to Adam and Air Conditioning Specialists for helping us survive summer.
