Small scale rest-home. Mother in law enjoys respite time here, very friendly and caring staff.

I wouldn’t recommend this rest home!!!!!!!!! It's filthy, disgusting and staff are unprofessional, very bad !!!!!!!!!!!!

Glencoe Rest Home brings immense comfort to me as it provides a secure environment for my mother and is staffed by exceptional caregivers. This assurance allows me to be at peace, knowing she is well and content. During my recent visit to Glencoe, I witnessed my mother enthusiastically participating in the various programs and activities they offer. Seeing her so joyful and enjoying the company of other residents brings me great happiness. Furthermore, I am glad to see that my mother has formed new friendships and feels safe in her surroundings. Glencoe offers outstanding programs and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The facility itself is maintained with utmost cleanliness and tidiness. The professionalism of the staff members gives me confidence that my mother is being cared for in the best possible way.

This place is filthy and disgusting! Dirty! Even the neighbours next door advised to take mum out! They won’t take care of our loved ones properly.Staff are rude! I couldn’t even visit my mother! I had to cry for mum from outside the window!No remorse from the Nurse Golma that works thereWas advised by owner Jesma weren’t allowed to visit due to COVID. Come to find out others have been visiting the whole time. Disgusting place! Looks like people just go there to die,
