Fast Fix... but is it reliable?I went to fix my phone screen exactly a week ago and I was surprised that it was so fast. I ask the gentlemen who helped me is the screen secure and the assured me that it was secured.I was doubtful but since the shop is called Fast Fix, it is living up to their reputation.Sadly, quick fix might also mean unreliable... And I fall into that category. My protection screen drop this morning. My advise for those who wants to fix their phones, make sure you get some forms of gaurantee or warranty from the shop.

Had my cracked screen replace after the replacement the screen wasn’t working properly went back to get it redone, got told I’m PICKY because my phone wasnt repaired properly. Ended up getting a red and blue 3d effect on my screen after the second repair. No way was I going back after that.

I have been to this store many times and like to consider myself a local.It shouldn’t be the kind of store you want to be visiting locally, but I have a ridiculous amount of technology ‘issues’Every time FAST FIX has been great!I can not wait until Hamilton next moves out of level three, as both my iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 are playing up AGAIN and are currently unable to be used.This is not the kind of problem you would be wanting to encounter during lockdown - It sucks actually.I would give FAST FIX a 9/10 (if I were to give it a rating)I recommend.

I will less likely to suggest this place to anyone.. First I went to fixed my phones broken screen.. They fixed it but its upside down top of it at bottom n bottom at top..Secondly they damaged the back cover off my phone completely so they fixed it by sticking tapes temporarily .. They said they will fix it hopefully next week it happens when I go in to shop.. The guy was unsure when he will be doing it.. I told him I'm coming in let's hope it does happens

Definitely recommend!!!! went to 2 other stores and they told me the charging port would have to be fully replaced and can’t just clean it was very expensiveCame to fast fix and she was amazing said she would try clean and if it didnt make it charge wouldn’t make me pay for the service . Even offered to price match if the port had to be replaced.Was an easy fix just needed a clean even though 2 other people said it was about $300 in repairs . $80 later I am super happy will definitely be coming back !

Had my screen replaced in a prompt 60 minutes. The screen works well, and it was a great price at only 150. Very reliable, would definitely recommend! :)

I went this shop for repairing my mobile screen. They replaced it in a week it cracked I went again replaced it again. I got a new unrelated problem, charging issue. They tried their best to fix but could not. What I would say, the guy who works there is friendly , he tries his best to help, excellent in managing the customers. My simple recommendation is if the problem is not big like screen replacement etc fast fix is better

Highly recommend this store as it was the only store that had a case for my phone in my favorite colour that also was a bonus that I absolutely loved and even got my screen protector replaced and was amazingly fast and didn't cost the world and a fast charger for my phone so basically got three bonuses in one visit customer service was well mannered presentable and keen to go that extra mile to help you and knew exactly where to find what you require and from now on this place will be my go to place for any accessories that I need for my phone I'm glad I had walked past this store and am very happy I did
