Mister Minit The Base ( Te Awa) Hamilton

I needed my partners car keys to be replaced after they were stolen. I contacted Mr Minit at Te Awa the base and other companies to get a quote. Mr Minit was the first to respond and were also the cheapest and easiest to have dealt with. My partners car was towed and the tow company removed part of the steering wheel and as this was not part of the key replacement job, the technician went over and above to help with this too when he arrived which saved me so much time not having to sort out with our insurance company. Technician knew what he was doing and a really nice guy. Did a great job on all locks and advised how to use the remote and even some showed me some features I didn't know about. Top service highly recommend them

On the 11th of November, I bought a Zippo from Mister Mint and had “To The Best Daddy Love Layla xoxo Christmas 2022” put onto it. I received absolutely amazing service and have been here before to get something put on a necklace. The man that served me is the sweetest and even gave me a deal. 100% will be going back!!

I rung for advise and was told to go in and they should be able to sort me out, I didn't have to go on as I sorted it out myself but they were still willing to help me 100%,I liked that.

I have been using this business for a lot of years without complaint until now.I asked for fresh batteries to be replaced in two garage door remotes, I waited for no more than 5min only to be charged $49 for their work. Was I ripped of....yes. Will never use them again

The guy try to sell me a hole key cut...when I only need the plastic pice change....he said that they can't do it ...when I know they do do it..I've had it done there before. .. he tried to say cost is $87...didn't cost that much last time... $60....so I walked away...my son goes in 2hours latter .without been told that i went there..and he gets the plastic pice change and not have to cut key..that cost $50...yes in the end it got done..my point is I know what needed to be done and knew that they did it..

A quick and efficient change of watch battery. Plus the helpful staff pointed out that I could avoid a paywave fee by putting my card in the EFTPOS machine. As he said, every cent counts right now.
