Went here a few days ago with my mum and stood there for about 5 minutes. The staff noticed us and I begun to ask if we could get something when the man (the manager I suppose) turned away and ignored us. Eventually we were served but this was the most disappointing customer service experience I’ve had in a while.

Went to get 2 Smoothies, was told the ice cream was too frozen and would take too long too make. Usually this is my go to for a large Mango Bongo smoothie (and would normally highly recomend) but how is it, you can't make anything using your sorbet as it's too hard/frozen. A large portion of what you sell is frozen..

Well. Here is my story. I went to this icecream shop with my two kids. And when I was about to swipe my card I noticed my wallet was gone…. So I asked “can I transfer to a bank account my wallet is lost”. And I got a cold “no”. I tried my best and found 10 dollars in my bag and asked if I could transfer the three dollars. Still “no”. And I couldn’t do anything other than standing there. In the last, I asked my husband to bring bank card and took note from the bank nearby…..It was the worst humiliation I experienced in the recent few years.Well done girls.

This store had many flavours I'd like to try. I tried the matcha green tea and was not that surprised by the taste. It tasted like any green tea ice cream you could get from the supermarket.

Terrible customer service. It was around 8.45, 15 minutes before they close. I ordered fruit fIo, the lady was staring at me with very angry look. At that point I realise they might have already cleaned the machine. If the lady explain this to me, I would definitely change my order. But instead, she decided to gave me her angry face and the fruit flo, which make me to decide never go back again. I feel very sorry for the business owner to have hired her to serve their customers.

New Zealand Natural Albany branch has the friendliest and most accommodating staffs amongst the other branches. Often times the queue is long but I salute how they handle the pressure with grace, always serving customers with courtesy and smile.NZ Natural ice creams are very creamy and less sugary compared to others. They also have quite a variation on how they put their sweets altogether. Definitely a must-try especially during hot days - summer!!!

Bought Mango smoothie and a berry smoothie. Both were great in taste, usually i buy fresh juice from this company. They have a good price difference as compare to Tank

I was stand in front counter nearly 5minute, 3 staff was working inside, no one even say anything, till one of staff came to ask me order, but rude face, seems like I’m border them while they are busy.
