Great team, great facility and awesome community. Highly recommend Jetts Royal Oak. Also shout out to Jetts, appreciate the ability to access other locations when away from home. Palmerston North was awesome as well.

Good luck cancelling this membership. After many emails and calls me and my partner are still being charged. Radio silence from their customer service department which I'm sure is a fabrication of my imagination. As I write this I'm still paying for a service I no longer use. And be advised, the number given on a previous review is also a hopeless means of communication". I feel part of their business model is to hope you give up. We won't quit Jetts and neither should anyone reading this."

Clean and tidy gym with a good atmosphere! The staff are all friendly and smiling, especially Emma! Keep up the hard work that makes this gym worth coming to :)

Great atmosphere. Varied demographics, ages and sizes that are there to work out, support each other, enjoy the experience and not just look good while talking too much. No judgment. No posers. Lots of healthy people. Excellent modern equipment. Clean. Cool vibe. Established.

Emma is a lovely manager (owner?), she is extremely helpful and friendly. The gym is small, but has everything you need. I’d say it’s ultra convenient.

Great gym, situated upstairs, peobably wouldnt come back on leg day lol those stairs are alot to walk down afterward, also just abit of a safety concern with all the kids right outside the door waiting for Kumon? Just seemed abit dangerous for the kids and perso. Walking out. Maybe put up a sign for the children not to sit directly outside the gym door.

Cleanly kept gym, just lacking in a bench press machine and also lacking in weight range of dumbells. The equipment is clean but not much variety as other gyms.
