Below Zero Ice Bar
Very friendly, lovely staff, took a group booking for ~30 of us and we had a blast, they let us request songs and do our (short) team presentation all around had a great time!Big shout out to Moet/Mon who was running it for us thanks for an excellent night! :)

What a great experience to scratch off the bucket list! You get to spend 15 to 20 minutes in a frosty bar where everything including the drink cups are made of ice. They put you in a big woolly coat and you get to choose from a selection of drinks and cocktails. The room is full of amazing ice sculptures that you can look at whilst having a drink.

We loved our time at the ice bar! Plenty of seating compared to other ice bars in Queenstown which was nice, and even an ice hockey table made of ice which was fun! Plenty of fun photo opportunities and a nice atmosphere. The best part was the staff who were so so friendly and we ended up having a really good chat. Loved the coats they gave us with the fluffy warm hoods!

Okay for the experience but is just like being inside a freezer but with colourful lights. Kinda small and hard to take pictures with a lot of people coming in unless you wait for everyone to go.Cocktails are mid, just your average mix of cheap alcohol and juice, just get one, you’ll be too cold to drink more than one.Staff is very friendly.

Loved it there. Team were awesome. Needed to use their jackets they supplied along with the special gloves to grip the ice glasses. Most of the items inside are made of ice and music was great as you're partying hard.

This place is amazing and a must do it’s an ice bar where literally everything is ice including the cups and the bartender Chris was amazing made us all have a good laugh in there I had to step in and out a couple times coz of how cold it is (avg -12) but overall amazing and good pricing highly recommend

Fun, though a little pricey. We found discount tickets online. It was smaller than I expected but we had a good time playing ice hockey and marveling at the ice sculptures. My drink was pretty tasty, but my husband’s drink was 90% juice.

Cool experience. Like nothing we’ve ever done before. Absolutely made some great memories and got some great photos.Would normally recommend to others, however there did seem to be some shadiness about the pricing. The pricing is not displayed in the venue, only informed by team, who omitted family (2 adult, 2 children) pricing until they were asked directly and patron quoted the price from the website. Vouchers given to local hotels for a discount were apparently ONLY for merchandise, however this was not stated on the voucher anywhere.

A group of us came in with a pub crawl the other week, Chris in particular was amazing! He was so much fun, and served some banging drinks. Must visit while you’re in Queenstown!!
