The English Craftsman did a fantastic job for the organisation I work for. The finish product is amazing and looks fantastic! I threw a few curved balls at the team due to some things on our project not going to plan which put pressure on all of our contractors and The English Craftsman did everything they could to help us out and met our deadline and had fantastic communication. We find the team (Paul & Richard) very professional. The installation process was smooth and very efficient. We were very impressed by the quality of the joinery workmanship and the great attention to details. Paul W was also great in addressing any concerns we had immediately, trying to find a workable solution, which turned out to be better than we expected. He has also been very accommodating in making last minute changes (as we changed our mind). Works were completed on time, on budget and to a very high standard. We can't be happier with the great look of the new sash windows & doors, as well as the noticeable reduction in noise and warmth. Manufactured and installed great looking bifold doors and windows with double glazing. Worked with us when wider renovation job was delayed by several months. Fixed issues with weatherboard above door flashing that was outside the agreed scope. Very pleased with doors and windows which have received much favourable comment.

We live in a 1920s house that was partially double-glazed by a previous owner. We engaged with The English Craftsman to double-glaze the remaining windows which included awkward triangular frames and windows with lead-lined panels. The results are great - the house is both quieter and warmer and the windows look very smart. The team were polite and pleasant to be around and communication was excellent. I would recommend them to others (and in fact have already done so).

Paul supplied top quality products sympathetic to the needs of a heritage house. We noticed immediate improvements in the road noise and reduction in the effort needed to heat the house. ​Reuben had a great attitude, was cheerful and kept us well informed of what would be happening each day. He cleaned up after himself at the end of the day, ensuring no mess was left for us to clear up. His pride in his work was apparent in the attention to detail demonstrated throughout the job.

The English Craftsman replaced the original windows and external doors in our 1930s house. The result is a noticeable improvement in warmth, reduction in noise and a modern appearance. The crew were a pleasure to deal with and I can't fault their attention to detail. Highly recommend.

We used the English Craftsman to double glaze our windows. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome and the quality of the workmanship. The windows look fantastic and we are already noticing the difference in warmth and how the house feels. Beforehand we had condensation on the windows and drafts coming through the sash windows but these issues have totally disappeared now. The finish to the windows is faultless. Dealing with everyone involved was so easy, from the initial planning stage to the work onsite. Everyone was very professional throughout and made very little disruption to us when on site. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the English Craftsman as the windows and outcome have totally exceeded our expectations.

The English Craftsman did a beautiful job with the installation of wooden framed double glazed windows and doors in our 1950s house. Having just one company to do the manufacture, installation and painting was so easy and there was nothing left to do after they had finished. Joe and his team were very tidy and considerate while they worked. The communication with everyone in the company was superb and they made a real effort to ensure that we were satisfied with the job.

Another excellent job from the team. We're noticing the difference already in terms of warmth. Really appreciated how considerate the team were when we had kids at home too.

We contracted the English Craftsman to create two bespoke liquor display joinery units for a restaurant fit out. They were extremely professional in their processes and delivery a very high end product in a tight timeframe. We are very pleased with the outcome. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
