Appalling service. All smiles and happiness during the quoting and booking stage but then near-impossible to get hold of when it came to moving day. The crew that turned up to our Christchurch address turned up three hours late and hadn't read the notes on the docket about the moped. Upon arrival in Wellington we queried where our household goods were and were told they'll arrive today... if we can find a truck

Terrible company. Some of our stuff has not showed up. Safe to stay you might not ever see your stuff again. Worst of all, they’re not taking any responsibility. DO NOT USE.

Amazing service. Came right on time for pick up, everything arrived in Christchurch perfectly, cannot fault them. Huge shout out to Cam too, who came back for a piece I’d forgotten about with his own ute. Fantastic stuff, recommend to all!

Appalling! The worst delivery company I have ever come across. Have had two separate furniture deliveries arranged to be delivered by this company to Wellington. Both times no communication as to delivery times, when discussed with the boss there has been still no delivery on the assigned day (taken time off work to be home for delivery etc). No phone calls. No txts.These guys are cowboys, do not use ever.

Initially positive experience prior to moving day - Conroy's had communicated clearly but after a last minute change to our schedule had failed to reconfirm a delivery date and an uplift time.I was contacted after 6pm on the evening prior to our uplift day with a time that was much later than expected. This significantly delayed our plans. Upon delivery, we found that multiple large pieces of furniture (bunk beds, dressers, cabinets) had been damaged beyond repairs. Delivery staff were not concerned about this result and just shrugged it off. This company clearly does not take pride in its work. Sloppy communication and damaged goods.

Not impressed with Conroys at all. At first I was pleased by the professionalism and promptness of their quote, and this put my mind at ease about moving my furniture from Wellington to Auckland.Things took a downturn later on. Their communication during the move was not great - after hearing nothing from the removal company in the lead up to the move I had to contact the centre on the day of my move to query what time they would be coming, and the furniture arrived in Auckland at 8am with no pre-warning whatsoever.Despite me clearly stating what items I was moving, the removal people did not bring a cover for my bed, and it is now dirty and damaged.They also broke a mirror during the move.

We used Conroy for our move from Canberra to Palmerston North in November 2021. Had no problems with pick up time in Canberra and delivery here in NZ. Upon delivery on 23rd December 2021, some items were damaged. Photos were sent and insurance claimed. Claim got declined due to the restrictive nature of insurance cover. This understood, I have since been trying to get hold of Conroy to advise me as to their level of accountability because the fact remains that, when collected these items were in perfect condition and the damaged occured in transit. The claim is not huge and we can live with it if Conroy does not come on board with a solution but never ever will I use Conroy or recommend them to anyone else. An absolute unpleasant experience.

The Wellington team helped us with the move. The booking was easy and responsive, the communication on the day was spot on (received a call from the office confirming the details and time), and the team was on-time, helpful and friendly. I would use them again!

Terrible service! Firstly, when I book the service I even didn’t receive the booking number, I made a phone call and confirm again, asking them to send me an email with booking number, the lady just told me to write it down even not sending me a formal email with booking number. Secondly, the work guys didn’t wear uniform and no face masks, they were late for half on hour and just came to the place randomly, it’s looks unprofessional and you even thinking they look like stranger, guys were so rude and careless fall down my expensive stuff at least three times! They even don’t have tools to unconstructed my bed frame, what a ridiculous service!Finally charge me 4 hours with $650! They just spend 2 hrs including traffic and charge me 4 hrs with poor service, I called to service team a lot of times to request some percentage of refund, the lady didn’t follow up and just leave it, definitely won’t come back!
