Had a bad experience with this store yesterday. My 15 years old son and I went in for a pull chopper. When we were trying the samples on the shelf, an old lady staff came to stand behind us, when we realized someone behind us and looked back, she said ‘don’t break it!’with a strange face expression.Is the quality of what you sell so poor？! So easy to break?After she told us that, she went straight back to the counter, didn’t even ask if we needed help.Where is the basic manner? Would not recommend this store to anyone.

While Stevens has a selection of decent quality kitchen stuff, be weary of their (lack of) return policy. Received some glasses as an unwanted gift. The staff and corporate office can only recite in chorus need proof of purchase". Maybe I need to get better friends who don't gift me stuff I don't need or Stevens could mend their relations and have a realistic return policy esp when their sticker and price tag are still on the unpacked box."

The blonde Lady who works there with the black rimmed glasses is so lovely & always very helpful & pleasant to deal with. Makes shopping at Stevens a joy.

Had a bad experience with this store a couple of weeks ago. My wife and I went in for a can opener, i inquired what the difference is between a $19 model and $39 model as the mechanism looked the same, the older lady there angrily told me that it's better"

An advice for a young Kiwi lady working there. Don't be judgemental and you need to smile back when a customer smiles to you. This is the basics and etiquette should have never been forgotten. Will not step into this store again. FIRST IMPRESSIONS DO LAST! Sincerely hope your staff will improve. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE, VERY LIMITED RANGE OF KITCHEN ITEMS
