I went in just before 11pm on january 14.Thursday night to get a drink, smokes and a twinkie and was nothing but polite to the older female serving me. She was totally rude. Would not talk back to me at all and ignored the questions i asked. Obviously she shouldnt b working with th public. Shame on you...... .Before you judge someone you should b at least 10000% pefect .. Noone is perfect least of all the judges of our society

Got Mobil coffee reward and went to receive at Mobil riccarton for redeemed but had a strange incident, old fellow was very rude and refuse to give hot chocolate large and said only coffee small size, as per reward was any size you can have but argument over this matter made me to let people know about it. Not recommended to visitthere for any services.

Mobil Unprofessional unclean no customer service skills at all really rude and lazy make me sick . And they will treat you like rubbish Don't spend you hard earned money here they will just disrespect you and laughing in your face.There is two way way better gas stations in riccarton who will treat you with respect and have very good customer service skills. This mobil doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating

A good enough fuel stop. Comes with a cafe and a mini supermarket (Mobil Mart, as they call it). Just located by the main road. Spacious enough. Has a capacity to serve 8 vehicles at once. Customer service was good enough on my visit today (05/May/2022). Gas cylinders available.
