Rayland Motel

Paid for 2 nights, first night felt like we slept in an igloo cos the air con was on and remote had no battery, no switch to turn Aircon off. 1 person had a shower, water wouldn't drain for ages even when we took the plug out. Kids got bitten by fleas both nights from blankets they had. Microwave didn't work until replaced the 2nd day. No one at reception until you called. Paid close to $400 but I felt the place was not maintained or cleaned well before we arrived. Good area for accommodation tho, close to many shops.

Nice rooms and staff was super friendly and helpful. Lots of decent stuff in the area for eats and entertainment. Room was clean and comfortable.

Google map doesn't show the exact location , it took around 20 minutes to find the motel . Bed was not even comfortable. We stayed there for 1 night .Worst experience ever.

Great location to stay for a family..Beds were very comfy and the bedding super clean.I was a Lil concerned with the windows though from our 2nd level having no safety latches for children...definitely a hazard

My family and I stayed here for the night on March 25 and our experience was good, we rented out 3 seperate rooms and all the rooms were clean and comfy, I really enjoyed my stay here and I will stay at Raylands again

Room was very very out dated. No phone. Appeared to be black mold in bathroom. Conveniently close to mall and places to eat. Very load traffic behind hotel. We came here and within the first hour a car came into the car park and started doing donuts. Mind you this was about 2:30 in the afternoon. Lots of yelling from other guests.Beds were comfy but pillows sucked. The room appeared cleaned and tidy but the room very much looked used. Can really tell its an old and out dated room. There is a laundry service here which is nice. $4 a load to wash. No place for kids so i advise not staying here for long stays if looking to have them play somewhere here. (But raindows end) is within walking distance.Lady at the front desk was terrific! Helped us alot as ac wasn't working and she came and reset it. Internet was mediocre as it kept dropping out.

Rooms rundown, zero maintenance. Door knobs missing or loose, cupboards falling off, paint peeling or not there, holes in the walls and ceiling, tv is a joke, wifi had no internet, Been staying here for approx 20yrs and the place is a mess, cockroaches everywhere, even in the fridge. Very disappointed.

The view of the place is great, floor was very disappointing very not clean, was walking all over and my feet were black my baby brothers crawl on that floor. The shower was great. Service was good. Provided with nice towels. Bed was uncomfortable, it literally sank down. Rather the other beds that just hard but comfortable to sleep on. At night kind of feels unsafe. Parking is good. Vaccuum at the place doesnt even suck the dust. Toiletries were provided so tht was good. Cupboard looks as if broken. Anyways overall i give a 2/5 stars. This can be good if anyone has an event nearby.

This motel was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! rooms were disgusting beds weren't made, terrible service. They let people have party's in the motel rooms not ideal for children. Worse motel I have stayed in my entire life and that is not an exaggeration!!!! I paid for a portacot which didn't arrive for my infant, this was worse then a cheap backpackers motel definitely do not stay here trust me it is beyond scummy. Rooms were cold and damp the list goes on. Stay anywhere else but here. YUCK would never step foot there again. This is a work and income motel and is a disgrace and a joke that this is acceptable

It was alright, except the lady in room 27 was smoking in her room and nothing was done about it. Could possibly be used for emergency housing. Check out was supposed to be 10 but cleaners where out and about at 8ish
