I thought MacDonalds here was a good Maccas. Located in the Northlands Food Court it is very easy to find. Gets kind of real busy at times so yes there can be a wait but that is to be expected especially during the school holidays. In fact it's hard to find a table then also. If you like McDonalds then this is a good outlet. No rubbish bins so leave your packaging etc on the table.

I don't often leave a review for McDonalds but the team at Papanui mall today lunch deserves it: fries were hot and fresh and salted to perfection, and my BBQ Bandit burger looked like the one in the picture. It was perfectly assembled, the cheese slightly melted, the right amount of sauce. Big up guys, I hadn't enjoyed Maccas like this in so long :)

The fries were fresh & buns were steamed perfectly. Drink was cold and filled to the top with no ice. No complaints here the meal was just how I like it :D

Came to McDonald's Northlands mall today for lunch, after a not so great experience at a few neighboring food court locations thought maccas would be a solid choice as they are generally consistent across food court locations....Boy, was I wrong....Got myself a Mac Attach large combo. Fries were greasy and coated in oil, obviously undercooked and straight up feral.The burgers themselves were well below acceptable temperature and poorly constructed (classic pickles outside the burger) .Don't get me wrong, I love maccas, I really do, but this was a big old disappointment.Will not return to this location.

Have never been that impressed by this McDonald's but it was even worse than usual today. My mum was pretty shocked to wait 15+ minutes for a measly two hash browns. All the staff were working at a snails pace despite the growing crowd of customers waiting. She watched amazed as the first 5 minutes passed and all the food was piling up but no one was packing the orders and it was just sitting there getting cold. Don't expect a hot or quick meal from this one.

You guys need to lift your staffing, feel super sorry for the staff who are working. They're clearly doing their best but the place is in meltdown - half hour wait, huge crowd built up - haven't shipped an order in 10 minutes.

Staff members have no functional system which leaves them all standing around with no idea what's going on. One person working whilst everyone else doing nothing. Worst service ever.

Ordered a Quarter Pounder in the afternoon, not during rush hour so the workers are pretty relaxed but consists of wonderful old ladies.Unsure of what I received. Is it a Quarter Pounder, a Big Mac, or a Quarter Mac? You decide my dearest Review Reader.Update: I bought a Serious Angus Burger and seriously, it doesn't have anything on it! (2nd photo)

Has not eaten McDonald's for a long time in my home country, Singapore. So why not try it here when they produce their own beef. Was here for breakfast and really glad that they also serve all-day meals. This means you get to order your normal burgers for breakfast. Unlike in Sinapore, they only have breakfast menu, and you can order the burgers from11 amm onwards. So I ordered Quarter Pounder. Tasted good. The bagel was a bit too dry. Overall a 4 star.
