Just Jeans Dunedin

I was in store at 1720 as was held up at work dealing with a late customer. First comment I received from staff was we are closing in 5 minutes and then proceeded to ignore me while staff talked to each other. I went to another store across road and got great service . 1st and last time there.

Staff started out great but then decided it took two people to serve one person at counter. Then proceeded to chat to each other. Then told me jeans that might fit daughter would be too expensive! I had to ask them to show me where they were! Found something in the end but holy moly, customer service, not the best.

This store was well stocked. Clothes were well priced. There are really good deals. I got a pair of Levi’s Chinos that were originally priced at $110. But because I noticed they were cheaper on the online store, the salesperson honoured the online deal and I got them for $84. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Only fault is that when I got home I realised a security tag was still on the chinos. But I had folded them up before purchasing at checkout in their defence. But overall I was extremely pleased with my experience and will be back soon.

I HATE shopping for pants!!!!!!! But I had to bite the bullet and go buy some... I went into Just Jeans Dunedin and started looking at some jackets.. A young lady called Ellie (Hope I've spelt it right) asked if I needed any help. I told her I needed jeans but really hated the thought of it..... She asked what style I liked.. I replied boot cut.. Without even knowing my size she picked out a pair of jeans and I tried them on.. OMG What a great eye she has.. they fit perfectly.. I'm 5ft 2in and never find short legged jeans.. She then told me there was a deal going and did I want a 2nd pair.. again she picked a pair that fit!!I only tried 2 pairs and bought them both..Painless experience. Thanks Ellie... I'll be back to your store with no hesitation :)

Don’t really know how to describe just jeans these days but they still have a great selection of modern Jeans,shirts and all other accessories for the shopper who needs new clothes etc!

Disappointing really. Staff had no idea if the clothes were produced ethically. The changing rooms were filthy. Staff were helpful. Not wanting to return.

I was pleasantly surprise as I made my way to the jean section to be greeted with such a welcome from Kylie Jenkins who assisted me with such attention that I was suduced into purchasing not one pair but three pairs of deigner jeans. Kylie's capability as a stylist is to be highly commended.Thank you Kylie for your attention and possitive attitude. Refreshing to say the least.Marcus
