This Side Up

Steve and the This Side Up team have apparently sold to Pure SEO. There has been no communication of this change with us, no response to email or phone calls, and failure to deliver the service that we have been paying for (we are still being invoiced!). Incredibly poor form. Disappointing experience.

After more than a decade of dealing with a number of other digital marketing agencies, I almost came to a point of completely losing faith with the industry as a whole. So much so that I felt the only option left was to form our own in-house team. Results ranged from lack lustre to non-existent. Steve & the team were once my go to agency, but that was before they were purchased by Pure SEO. The team did not deliver on the signed contract deliverables, made mistakes in the set up of two paid campaigns and Steve has been ignoring my emails since he decided the matter was solved.
