We have owned our happy Kiwi 5 person spa pool for 4 years. We have been extremely happy with our choice. The spa pool sits on a cliff top in the sunlight and UV and sea salt in West Coast weather. After copious amounts of use we went back to get a replacement cover. We received exceptional service and price on replacement parts. We highly recommend these spa pools for especially their quality and also for the price.

Average, spa is fine. Customer service was poor. Needed hiab to get into position, was told they would mark position of control panel and assist with getting into position (paid extra for this). Happy kiwi basically dumped spa in drive and left to hiab operator to sort. Luckily he was very patient as had 2 kids to juggle whilst helping, then still was wrong had to spin after hiab was gone damaging deck. Would not purchase another one.

I had a great experience with the team at Happy Kiwi, and would happily recommend them to others. They actually had the spas in stock and we were able to collect within a few days, which was fantastic as a few other companies we contacted, had a 3-4 month wait! Being a first time spa owner, they were also super helpful with questions I had when setting the spas up. The spa fits perfectly in our space and we absolutely love it, Thank you!

We purchased our spa pool from Kiwi Spa Pools a year ago and have just ordered a replacement filter. Their sales support/information, the installation team and friendly after sales service have been fantastic, I highly recommend them. Plus loving the spa pool, helps with aching body after a long day.
