I have been dealing with Softvire for two years now and find their services to be fantastic. We buy all our microsoft software from them with a fast service and great contact.

I can confirm that these guys are legit. Bought Kaspersky Total Security 2021 key for less than $20 and right away it worked without any hassle. Will be definitely using these guys again in future.

Fraudulent product keys : I purchased Microsoft Office 2019 for Mac. They provided a product key that had already been used. The second key- I assumed would work. From the very beginning I had requested them to encrypt the emailed key or courier the sealed product key document.They would not.The second key was also a fraud (only meant for developers and again it was already in use according to Microsoft) I am still contacting Roldan weekly to supply a working legal key that I paid for. He would fix it a while ago but nothing yet.Did not respect my request not to call regarding purchases as I would call them. Despite specifying that I was only interested in s/w for Macs they send pages & pages of non-Mac price lists to wade through.

Communication is the worst, had issues with a software key showing as pirated, sent numerous emails with no replies over months, tried talking through online portal but they just say someone will be in touch.No one ever answers the phone.Do not deal with this company, the worst service ever.

They continuously call us even though we have requested them to stop on multiple occasions.Edit: now 20+ unwanted phone calls, and have requested to be removed and not called on every phone call and yet it persists, and our phone number is on the NZ Marketing DO NOT CALL list.

Constantly call our company. Every 2-3 weeks I receive a call from the same lady. Received over 10 calls each time I have asked to be removed from there contact list which they have ignored.

I have been associated with Softvire NZ for many years, my first contact was I believe 3 years ago. Softvire has been advising me of their products and price range by email and Phone calls to allow me to make decisions for my client base. Their product knowledge is excellent and pricing structure very competitive and I have been VERY pleased with my dealings with Softvire. I would recommend them to you and encourage you to seek them out as your software provider.

Softvire NZ are the best place for software! I have been dealing with them for years & they always have the best price. Always had great communication & support.

They keep spamming me with unsolicited calls. Always the same guy, Indian accent, in the same pre-recorded message. Based on this conduct, I am pretty convinced they're off-shore scammers selling hacked software and activation keys. Beware!

I purchased a CAD Software but sent me the wrong one. REALLY POOR Communication ! Called the provided phone number but have never got through to anyone, left voice mail plenty of times no responses. After weeks of chasing them up finally got in touch and Been asked to email the team which emailed and been 6 days now which still no response ! NOT RECOMMENDED
