We had the best service ever.We didn’t get the guys name but he was so funny and genuinely made the experience so much more fun, it was my friends bday and he bought us shots and cotton candy for her bday and was just awesome. 10/10

Worst NYE at Pink Lady1. The heater was on fire. Had to run to the bar for help because staffs were not around. She heard what happened to the heater. She nodded and did what she was doing. ????????????????????????????????????????? ??????? A guy from another table came and said the same thing. Then she FINALLY went to check the heater as if she’d never heard of it. ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????2. There were many staffs. but they didn’t seem to have time to take orders because they were BUSY chatting with each other. -> took 30min to order.3. Outdoor seats are COLD.Asked for a blanket, waited for 20min -> didn’t get it.Asked to another sever, waited FOREVER -> didn’t get it.There needs to be a BIG change in their staff training system. Unless no one will come back.

Absolutely stunning cocktails and roof top views. 2 stars given purely because of the staff attitude. Errors made taking our order which meant an extra cocktail brought. We weren't allowed to leave until we paid for it. Smiles and a sense of humor is a must for somewhere like this. Maybe look at customer service training for your front team. Really wish this review could have been better.

It gets super loud inside. If visiting in winter I would suggest prebooking indoor space way in advance. We booked an indoor space over a month early (while booking our room) and we still ended up outside because all of inside was reserved. They did their best to accommodate, and I have to admit the view was worth it. You don't get alot of food for the price but it tastes amazing.

Great place loved the vibes! If you're someone who doesn't like strong tasting alcoholic drinks i definitely don't recommend you try their alcoholic beverages haha so a beautiful place with great customer service!

Pink lady rooftop is at the top of a hotel. The view is great and gives a nice perspective on Christchurch. The staff is friendly. We thought the drinks leaned toward the sweet instead of balanced. Would be amazing to see a sunset there

Definitely not as good some other city's rooftop bars, however certainly not a bad option. Limited non-cocktail options but found their small craft beer selection tasty nonetheless. Great views of the city.If you're visiting on a busier evening you may want to book in advance as seating appeared limited.

We stopped here for a couple of cocktails back in April and they were all incredible and really well made. The guacamole and corn chips were delicious as well. The whole vibe was really nice and it was lovely seeing the sun set over the city and it all lit up at night.
