We had very pleasant experience with Dr. Ross other day. He was very caring and thorough with explaining us the current situation with our son’s teeth and not at all in favour of performing any unnecessary treatment. I am glad other people have posted such positive feedback which is 100% true about this place and doctors, which allowed me to find the best orthodontist in city. Such an amazing team at Auckland City Orthodontics. A very detailed and thorough initial consultation which set the tone for my whole Invisalign journey. Ross is very helpful and assuring with any concerns or queries and I always left appointments feeling confident and well informed. Lu’s more recent involvement has also been outstanding and I have always felt safe in her hands. Booking appointments has always been easy breezy and the whole journey has felt seamless. I am so pleased with my final result and can’t recommend the team enough for anyone considering improving their smile :)

Had Invisalign treatment from Ross and Lu who were exceptional. I am extremely happy with my results. After investigating several clinics around the city, I was recommended ACO and they were incredible in their professionalism from start to finish over 24 or so months. Was always a joy walking into their clinic.Paid a lump sum up front (which was very reasonable as well compared to others) and then there were no other surprise bills for the duration of the treatment.Thank you Auckland City Orthodontics.

The team at Auckland City Orthodontics have been wonderful at treating my daughter. She was a very anxious patient at the beginning and they were always very kind and put her at ease. Her treatment is now finished and her teeth look fabulous.
