Last couple years I have been wanting to get my bathroom renovated. I just didn’t have much idea what exactly I wanted. Until I went to Oakleys. I fell in love with a bath. I know it sounds funny but it was love at first sight. The problem was I had no idea how to approach it. There enters Mona, the sales consultant. She asked questions, she has listened to what I wanted and although what it looked like a scary task before, the way she explained I knew she understood what I needed. She explained the process thoroughly and her knowledge of how system worked was assuring, she given me timelines, made suggestions. I felt that I was in safe hands. Through out the process she was my first point of contact, and she was very patient with me(really really patient). Work has gone smoothly. The products, the delivery and the customer care I have received from Oakleys were outstanding.

Great service at the trade department, really helpful and knowledgeable, followed up with very reasonable prices. Better than the big B or M10.

Hi I just wanted to comment on the awesome service I received in your Showroom. I came in for a new shower head and was approached straight away by your lovely staff. We walked over to this impressive wet area and the staff member went through all the different shower heads available. I was so impressed with the service and knowledge from the staff member. Please thank the lovely woman with the gorgeous European accent.
