Defender Krav Maga
I've been to a few of these classes so far and was extremely happy to see the whole group interacting and laughing together. The instructor is very easy to talk to and treats everyone in his class with so much respect. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Defender Krav Maga is a safe and inclusive space that has taught me real life self-defense techniques while building both my strength and confidence in my skills. The instructor is kind and encouraging, but also challenges you to reach your full potential.
