Terrible performance!! 12 days for a package from Otorohanga to Auckland! Not good enough.None of your supposed icon agents in Otorohanga wanted anything to do with you. Only after multiple attempts would they begrudgingly attempt to pass the package onto their regular courier drivers, who did did accept the package. But they didn’t seem to actually take anywhere, or maybe it went around Nz 5 times before finally making it to your Auckland depot???If you intend on continuing to do business in Nz you’d really benefit from trying a bit harder to build relationships with your local agents and your drivers. OH WOW THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. First they made me wait 19 days to receive an empty parcel from Auckland to Hamilton which was provided by Apple. When I finally got a hold of someone to organize pick up I'm stuck on the phone talking to some clown for 20 minutes who was asking me more personal questions then a passport application. Name, Date of Birth, Address, Phone number, Mobile number, Email, Type of Work, Name of Work, Place of Work and on and on and on. On top of that guy couldn't work out if the tracking number was TNT or FedEx. All this to have a parcel delivered? Nah it seems to me they're just collating private information for other marketing agencies. I have just gotten of the phone with Citizens Advice Bureau who told me I should not be expected to provide anything other than my name, the pick up address and a number they can reach me on if there are complications

Sadly this time I used TNT from Australia and now it's been 6 days since arriving in Auckland.... Heard nothing ....Simply terrible !!My shipment ( if you care... ) 347648547

All I can say is that no one at this company cares about customers at all.I paid for a priority shipment and it’s been sitting with them for over a week with zero contact from them. I’ve made multiple phone calls, sent multiple emails and even eft messages for management. No cares enough to call back.I finally manged to get through to someone this morning, explained my whole situation and got nothing but attitude and a “I don’t care attitude”.I’ve spent years in the courier industry in the past with other companies and TNT always had a bad name. Now I know why.

I’m giving two stars instead of one only because of one person named Charity who helped me a lot to get my parcel for my wedding. All other employees were so disrespectful and way too non cooperative. Charity was the only cooperative person. She was kind and professional. If I would give a good rating it’s only for her. Thank you Charity but booo tnt

it’s amazing that this company still exists. might as well close it down.parcel from Sydney to Auckland stuck 14days in the customs already. everything was provided. nothing received yet

What a joke of a courier company! Customer reps are incompetent and rude. Partnered with NZ couriers which are equally as incompetent! International parcel on priority but got lost in east tamaki and neither of these two can tell where the parcel is. Lodged a police complaint re this as nz couriers’ regional branch manager “Clayton” got very rude over the phone saying not to call them again as am not their customer and that I should go to Fedex and complain also saying they are ending the search. Very rude! Both fedex and NZ couriers beware of them. DHL is by far more efficient and on time!

Absolutely dreadful service. Two separate shipments have arrived with 25-30% write-off damage to them. One shipment even had multiple holes in the boxes and with approx 30 items missing that had fallen out of the hole. Or been stolen.

I recently had a package delivered by TNT, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. I was told that the shipment will deliver to me again today 19 JAN 2023（because the delivery driver said I was not at home yesterday but I didn't receive any phone calls or doorbell rings, so I called them to take note of the driver's to call me when he arrived). But they didn't call me and didn't come to deliver my parcel today, and I had to contact customer service to inquire about the status of my delivery, I have reached customer service a ton of times today from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and they told me the shipment is already back at the depot by 5:29 pm, I was disappointed that I had to drive more than 30 km to collect it before 7 pm. Just literally wasting my time. Poor management !!!

Absolutely shocking service. I am still waiting on a parcel that I ordered on the 28th December coming from Australia. It's been in Auckland since the 14th January. Every time I call they say it will be with me in the next couple of days...It's been about a month of that. I've emailed, no response. Have called numerous times but it seems completely pointless. The last time I called the lady said they were dealing with an extreme backlog and to rest assured that my parcel will arrive at some point but they just can't tell me when. Helpful. DO NOT use this courier company unless you're wanting to wait Months. Hopefully by March I would've received this parcel but I'm not holding my breath.
