Very quick and reasonable. Our builder dropped off 5 sashes to be re-leaded and they were all done within 1-1/2 weeks. Would highly recommend.

John has recently repaired a 90 year stained window and damage to our front door. He is a true craftsman. The windows are now in mint condition and we can't believe how clean they are. John's service was great and I highly recommend his business.

A terrific experience getting the lead-light panels from our front door repaired and renovated. All the cracked and missing pieces were expertly matched, and in record time (greatly appreciated because we were putting our house on the market). Repairs, restoration, and re-installation were professionally performed, at a reasonable price, so we're VERY happy customers. I'd definitely use A Touch Of Glass again! Many thanks!!

A disappointing experience, as they damaged my 80yr old cabinet, then repaired it without telling me. After calling numerous times and leaving messages that were never returned. I would think twice about using again.

They did a complete botch job on the globe of a family antique lamp. Used black silicon to install the glass. When you go to a leadlight specialist you expect 'lead' not silicon. Also asked for payment in cash - presumably to avoid paying GST so we have no paper trail to use for any claim against them.If you have something you value don't go to these guys. I would give zero stars if that was an option.
