Outstanding professionalism. I had a much treasured painting reframed here and the new framing suggested by Shannon has enhanced the painting beyond my wildest expectations. Superior quality service and workmanship. Faultless attention to detail and they even carefully replaced my father's handwriting on the back which I had neglected to ask to save. I rescued a print covered in dust and cobwebs from someone's garage. I knew it may never be revived to it's original glory but took it in to Van Uffelen to have it cleaned up and framed. They were careful to manage expectations and not to promise miracles, but upon collection once done, miracles are what were provided! They did a fabulous job, and I'm so thrilled to have it looking so clean and fresh and hung on my wall, all protected in it's frame once more. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend them.

Paid alot of money, waited a long time. String on opposite side to the signature so it works have been upside down. Had to take it back. They moved the string and put a little bit of tape over the hole diagonal to the original tape. It looked amateurish. I could have done that myself and would have but for the price. Asked them to retape so it looked professional. Waited while they did. Was happy after that but I should not have had to ask for a professional finish. Won't be going back.

Their 3D design (a picture frame) was standing out and I decided to order my project to them even there are several framing shops in my city.I had exchanged several messages with them via emails and received the frames today. I am fully satisfied the results and can't be happier.For someone who is concerning to order a customised frame, I highly recommend Van Uffelen Gallery. They provide such a great communication even through online and give you a fantastic shopping experience.

Great work from the team here. We had an 1880s telegraph chart of NZ and topographical map framed. Went through all of our options for frame, matt and positioning and the end result was terrific. Sorry about the miscommunication on our end!

The frame I ordered for my University of Auckland Bachelor's degree arrived last week and I couldn't be happier. It's a double mat frame and is a beautiful piece. It is well constructed and solid. Some of the little details are really handy, such as the plastic corners on the backing support to hold the degree in place so it won't slide around, the string hanger and the solid supplied hooks. The frame makes the degree standout and does honour the effort made in attaining the degree which hangs with pride.I definitely recommend these guys. Good communication and the entire process was very easy. Everything was done online and was a piece of cake. Thank you very much!
