I absolutely love my monthly massages with Kimberely and have no hesitation in recommending her. I always look forward to being massaged by Kimberely, she is intuitive, professional and a well educated Massage Therapist who knows her stuff. Her treatments are spot on, I find I am able to tell her which muscles are hurting and she relieves my various exercise and work related muscle tension with such precision that I think her massage technique is exceptional, magical even. I have recommended her to many people who still continue to see her.

I've been dealing with a lot of health issues recently which I've been seeing my doctor and specialists to help but i found i still wasn't 100%. My parents gently pushed me to see a naturopath and that's when i met Kimberley. I've only been seeing her for 3 weeks and boy what a difference she has made already! She has given me her professional advice and natural remedies on how to improve my health. Some things that she has picked up that could help me, i wouldn't even of thought of. All of her advise and remedies have been helping me feel better and better each day. She is an absolute angel! I highly recommend going here to improve your health- mind, body and soul.

I have lost count of the number of years I have been lucky enough to receive massage treatments from Kimberley- she has helped me through so many years of chronic pain and has always been 100% professional, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable especially with her complimentary naturopathic skills. I am now well but I still book in for massages as a treat for myself and as an opportunity to connect with this beautiful, intuitive and talented human and every time I leave I feel so restored- thanks Kimberley for being awesome at what you do!

I have had a few sessions at Phoenix and they have all been amazing.I feel so refreshed and like the energy is flowing again through my body.I appreciate the attentiveness, care and professionalism when I go there. I feel like Kimberley really listens to what is going on for me and then immediately gets to work using her obvious expertise and generous intuition to address what's going on. I've booked in for some more sessions - and can't wait to go back. I regularly recommend Kimberley to my friends, especially those who work in wellness, bodywork that sort of thing (I teach Yoga) because she's really relatable, speaks the language (anatomy, energy etc.) and gets straight to the heart of whatever you need with great respect and awareness.HIGHLY recommend.

I’ve seen Kimberley twice. She has absolutely changed my life. Last year i was diagnosed with long covid and struggled with day to day tasks due to fainting spells, stress and inability to focus, this continued up until I saw Kimberly and she gave me recommendations on how to control my mind and body using vitamins and herbal remedies. It has been a month since my first appointment with her and I have seen dramatic improvement with not only managing my long covid but concentration, mental well-being and physical well-being. I am very grateful that she has given me the opportunity to have my life back before covid. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

I've been seeing Kimberly for a number of years both to receive remedial massage and for her skills as a naturalpath. She excels in both fields. I have found her enormously helpful and sensitive to my needs. Kimberley never dictates what I need - we always work together to ensure she can give me the best possible care. I cannot recommend her more highly. She is a warm, kind, loving and generous person with a great sense of humour, and I always feel better for having had a session with her.

During the 10+ years of seeing Kimberly for F/N massages I have always experienced absolute attention and professionalism. Kimberley is very giving and caring. She is extremely gifted in her field and intuitively can find any knot or tightness without being briefed. Along with all this talent she has the most wonderful sense of humour. As soon as I leave her sessions I count down the days to the next one!
