Atura Wellington

Never again. We stayed here as it was close to an appointment we had. However when we got to our room - there were dirty cups and glasses outside our door. Very off putting. The room inside was very small but we were happy to make do. The TV however was so quiet, I couldn't even hear it! And it was on max volume. Then, at 8am - we heard a knock at the door and room service just walked in. We were still in bed (and thankfully I put the security lock on the door). After room service failed to get in, we were called and asked why we were still in the room. We replied with we thought check out was at 10am"

3 star hotel that is aiming up rather than down. Rooms are modest in terms of decor and finish, but absolutely fine. Bar and food available. Easy walk to the parliament-end of the city. I didn't pay (a work event) so no comment as to value for money.

Spent our wedding anniversary in Wellington and found the hotel. Have nothing to complain, room was always clean every day. Wouldn't even complain how the lift wasn't working 1 morning we had to go out. Room was warm but tiny worrying is theres no fan but hey windows can be opened.Staff are friendly from the day we checked in til we checked out. I think Sean (unsure of his name) delivered great service every time we ask and request something from.

THIS hotel is so hard to rate.The sleeping area on the rooms is very tasteful, simple and clean. But the bathrooms are so overdue for refurbishment.The refurbishment Cafe and Bar and the outdoor seating is lovely, as it's the food!!!

Lovely staff.However the room we had was tiny. So tiny we ended up putting the cases back in the car. No air conditioning and impossible to sleep with the windows open as the room faced the highway.No one appears to use the restaurant, so lacks atmosphere.Parking reasonably priced.

The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfy. Couldn't get tv to work which staff sorted. But then the next day, the same thing. Flicked it off at the wall, and then the power points didn't work. The facilities were modest and room i had, snug! My friends got the superior queen, and it was worth the small difference in price.Booked and confirmed with credit card online thru their site- had to manually pay at arrival. The car park i had booked on the site i was informed was actually not confirmation of it being acailable and it was firstbinnfirst served. Neithe of my group had recieved this info at time of booking. A staff member did sort me out on tho.The staff (particularly night shift) were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was lovely and had a great range.The location wasn't too and the supermarket around the corner was hand as well as being close to the motorway. It was also quiet.

Friendly and welcoming staff on arrival esp Natasha, & Bar/restraunt staff. Loved the delicious breakfast. Wow! Mushrooms, scrambled eggs, tomatoes, bacon, etc !! Very tasty! Clean and tidy rooms! Thankyou Atura!

The second time, I've stayed here while on business. Centrally located, clean room, and bathroom, comfortable bed. The food is really good. Recommend.
