I had a problem with the guy who came first time and washed the house since there were some spider webs are still there. James followed up with me and offered a refund or revisiting. I chose the second option and visited me and rewashed the house and manually removed the spider webs and made sure everything is clean. He was keen to make everything clean as supposed to and left me satisfied and happy with the service.

We had our exterior house cleaned 10 days ago by Matty. He was very friendly and very punctual. He did a very thorough job and very efficient.Office staff are very friendly and quick to respond.Highly recommended.

I needed my gutters cleaned, roof treatment and also attention to 2 sets of recessed" gutters. Nothing seemed to be a problem for NZTS. Nick and his team were very responsive and professional. After years of issues we have finally found the best building wash company! NZTS treated us as their most important customer from the first contact to the completion of the job. Highly recommend this company, we needed a house wash before painting the joinery. Easy online quotation process, good price, I had to change the wash date at the last minute which was no problem, very accommodating, good customer service. Matty did an excellent job having to work through thunderstorms and torrential rain and the house came up looking great. I will definitely use again. Thanks
