Slow responsiveness, requires phone calls if you need anything addressed, takes weeks to assess claims, didn’t cancel our policy after death of our dog as requested, and need to really have one person looking at each claim instead of whoever is in the call centre that day.Pays out well, but customer service set up leaves a lot to be desired especially when you’re going through such stress with a sick pet.

Very easy sign up process. Great deal to get three months free with for our new puppy Bonnie. Couple of small data entry issues (due to me) fixed with online chat in a few minutes. Great start. Very responsive online.

Recommend by my niece, whom is trained Vet Nurse, we signed up recently on line and found the site to be very user friendly. We had done a little research into other companies and found PD cover was favourable in both services and product categories offered as well as cost.

Really easy Pet Insurance company to deal with, seem to always be able to talk to someone when I need to. The member portal is convenient as well, their team are always lovely to speak to and make my experience stress free & quick. Thanks guys!

Do not use this company. They 'hook' you by saying you get a few months free but then when it comes to claim time they are full of stories. They don't cover ointments FYI and will pay full price. After the first claim I asked them how to cancel the policy and never heard back and then just cancelled it without even talking to me. I had to phone them over 3 times to rectify it. I confirmed when the debit order went off and then yesterday they have debited me for May and June. All you get from them is 'we don't know why' its the system, rather go with a more reputative company because this one will give you a headache!!!!

I don't usually have anything bad to say, as I keep my mouth shut.Would like to take insurance out, but they cant supply me with a bank account number to deposit the fees.Find the people that I have spoken to are like robots, as its a prerecorded answer that you cant pay by Direct Credit.Obviously that have to many people insured with them and don't require any new customers.
