Carl is such a great instructor. I failed my restricted twice before, and after 3 lessons with Carl, I passed my next restricted test. He's very experienced, and knowledgeable and taught me a lot.

Carl is a supportive and knowledgeable driving instructor who breaks things down into simple steps, he can notice small details and provides excellent tips that helping me to correct bad driving behaviors. I started from knowing nothing about driving to passing restricted driving test with Carl, he can always design lesson that match my skills level and find a suitable route for me to practice. I learnt and enjoyed every single lesson with Carl. Highly Recommended!!

Highly recommended. My teenage son learnt driving with Carl and passed his restricted test in one attempt. Carl is professional and thorough with his students, not only did he teach you all the skills, tips, routes required to pass the driving test, he also made sure your vehicle meets the VTNZ driving test requirement. Carl is flexible with appointment times and is always punctual. His service was beyond my expectation.

Today I had my Restricted Driving Lesson and I passed on the first attempt. The first time when I am driving with carl, I am not a confident driver but after getting his lessons I become a confident driver and I do fewer mistakes.Carl is a good teacher and if you follow his instruction, you can be a good driver. Highly Recommended!! Thank you so much Carl.

I had 3 driving instructors before and I can vouch Carl is simply the best. He is such a great and experienced driver and will teach you everything about driving from A to Z. He will make you confident to drive on the road, observe and pay attention to every details, and drive safely. I passed my restricted test today and I wouldn’t be able to do it without his help/ guidance. I will definitely go back to him again before I sit my full license. I totally recommend Carl for anyone who wants to learn driving, he is a 10 out of 10. Thumbs up!

Carl is an excellent and well experienced driver who i definitely recommend to anyone who is learning to drive. He has taught me since I have got my learners and helped me get my restricted.The lessons are great and the most important thing is that he teaches you how to be safe on the road.

Carl is a great teacher who will teach you good driving skills. Without him I wouldn't be able to learn driving and pass the practical test in my first attempt. If you want to learn to drive in NZ and get a license, CRG Driving school is the place to go. Carl is very punctual on time every time and is very flexible to requests and knows every suburb. Very Strict too and on a good note!

Thank you so much Carl, I passed my restricted driving test first time! I found Carl after having 3 previous instructors. He was the first one to make me feel safe and confident on the road. He was really flexible to help me have consistent practice after work during the week and weekends.He is very patient, his instructions are very clear and he’s a very nice person. I learned so much from you and I can’t thank you enough for all your time to help me with my driving. I highly recommend Carl as a driving instructor!
