Total realty have a much lower sales commission that all of the competitors we approached to sell our house, however the service was at gold standard. The realtor Greg has been outstanding throughout the sale of our house and been open, honest, clear and friendly the entire time and helpful with all aspects of the sale and after sale.I’m actually surprised to see any other competitors bill boards up as Total realty seem unbeatable in my opinion.
