Seriously I love their Dirtea, it is so damn good. A must for weekends, so glad Lynnmall finally have. Staff members are really friendly, but weekend always too busy, so ordering on APP much faster. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I recommend 30% ice and 100% which makes it even better.

Its the less Pear I had in gong cha ever,if you don't have enough pear to sell for one cup,you can tell us to wait, not just gave us what èver....the worst gong cha ever

They have a kiosk at the front for easy ordering. The menu is the same as the other branches. The tea was alright but I thought that the chocolate strawberry one had a strong strawberry flavour.

First, this bubble tea has NO ice (I asked for 70% Ice). Secondly, Half of the drink were pearls as I didn’t ask for extra and this made it difficult to drink the tea. I guess the staff (no eye contact, unhappy face when picked up the drink) want to get rid of all the pearl before closed(ordered it at 17:20). This is really a bad experience at Gongcha Lynn Mall

Nice Gongcha branch. There are many places to sit. The drink is nice as always. There are 2 kiosk in the front which is easily for ordering. Some drink might be too sweet so my suggestion is add sugar only 30-50%.

I am a big fan of Gong Cha. Often buy bubble teas from Going Cha New Lynn, New Market, and CBD. I went to the New Lynn branch for 3 days last week. Those times were fine. Unfortunately, today I went there and ordered a drink with the lady with pink hair, she was unfriendly, the way she talked to me was like I came here for a free drink. Did not greet or smile.
