Nuwan D Silva is different than other real state agents. He is more like a family member. Always understand our needs and find the best solutions. He is very opened person. Always we can talk our requirements and adjustment freely. Most other agents, take more properties that they can't handle and we can't even talk with them freely. But Nuwan takes few that he can handle and we can even discuss about the property with him more than 1 hour. He never gets frustrated. Always talks with a smile. He respects to other people. What I can say that he is a quality person. We bought a property from him. And we are truly happy to get this property through him than the other agents. Other agents asked us to put good feedbacks on them. But Nuwan never asked to put the feedback or praise him. He was only thinking about our satisfaction of the property. Great person to deal with. Highly recommend. You never get lost with Nuwan.

We felt they were committed to us, we weren't just 'another listing'. They were always available to answer questions, provide valuable advice and answer any concerns open and honestly. They were proactive with potential buyers and kept us updated with regular feedback throughout the sale process.
