Nando's Courtenay Place
Food was decent nothing over the top. The chicken was yum but the buns were a bit cold. The worst was that it took 45mins to get the food and we were in a rush to get somewhere else. Would have been nice to have been informed that the food would take a long time.

Nando's Courtenay Place
I have previously enjoyed Nando's as they had vegan options and free-range meat. But I recently learnt the reality of free-range in NZ (google it!) it is not pretty and it's a public shame that this is considered free-range. Then I learn that Nando's in the UK and Ireland has higher standards. What is going on Nando's NZ?

Great location and great size with lots of space, but the food left a little to be desired. I thought most standard meals would have been quite flavourful, but mine tasted more like a homemade burger, and was not worth the money. It was cold and only the chicken in the middle had been heated. The chips were relatively nice and good value though.

Place was fine and can accommodate large number of groups. Spacious and interior is well planned. Can be ordered either scanning the barcode or from the counter.The staff was welcoming. We ordered a 1/2 peri peri chicken, 2 garlic bread, 2 pita bread and a Mediterranean salad.We have to pick our utensils and I liked it so then we can enjoy our time without any interruptions.The chicken was delicious and it was well cooked. We went with the mild option.I loved the garlic bread. It was crunchy and and soft at the same time.The salad portion is big, they have put more leaves and we couldn’t finish it.Overall experience was good and we didn’t encounter any bigger disappointments here.

Very very unprofessional staff. I do go to Nandos pretty often and this store has always disappointing me with their customer service.Staff is very rude. I did ordered Quarter chicken and requested breast piece. After waiting for like 40 minutes they got me leg piece. I was really disappointed and did informed the staff. He was pretty rude with me and denied to tell his name. (Caucasian guy with long hairs)Have to wait again for like 30 minutes to get my order.Thank you

I used to love Nandos vege options. But since finding out their Free-Range chicken standards in NZ are lower than at Nando’s overseas, I've stopped eating there.

Service was non exsistent, tables were dirty and most still had dirty dishes on 20 min after we arrived. Peri chips had powder thrown on top, chicken fairly tasteless.Never going back

One of the nicer looking places in the area, but was disappointed to learn that although free-range they actually use chickens bred to grow abnormally fast. Some of them can barely walk because of this. Nando's can do better. Until then I'd stick to vege and vegan options at that store.
