Beware of Anna Zhou. She failed to respond to requests for maintenance repeatedly. She lied about having hedges trimmed, blocked toilets repaired and even tried to keep the bond bc of an oven cleaner mark left on the oven window glass. She falsified documents at a tenancy tribunal hearing for work that was never done; Even the mediator didn't buy it. She lies through her teeth. Beware.

Super disappointed in Anna Zhou’s interaction in handling our tenancy. Tried to charge us a cleaning fee we were not made aware of and accused us of taking smoke alarms even though there was photographic evidence. A reminder for everyone to be careful and always keep records and photos!

We just finished the sale on our apartment through Bayleys and I am relieved to be finally finished with them. We were forced to use them when we bought and sold our apartment via a developer. I didn't feel at all that they were acting in our interests over the 2.5 year journey. If I asked a question, it was met with a 'no one else has asked this question - why do you want to know that??' response which was really irritating and added to the stress. Our solicitor was met with a similar response when she asked for anything. Also Bayleys' charges are some of the most expensive. I do not recommend.

Very professional. Great reporting and did rent reviews. Had mostly corporate tenants so getting rent was easy.

Weirdly, this Cafe is basically in the Bayleys building. It's often busy as a casual meeting place for professionals. The coffee is ok, and the staff friendly

They take one week advance rent and never paid me! They accepted their monthly statements have conflicts but still try to play with words and steal my money. their agent arrange for a healthy home inspection in mid-2020 when the house was sold(purchase agreement signed) without even asking me to authorize it! You will be dealing with thieves!

My partner and are 1st home buyers and were looking for information regarding a viewing for a property in Stanmore Bay. Given that we are both extremely new to the fast paced market, my partner decided to give the agent a call to arrange a private viewing and gather a price indication.His first call and message weren't answered so a few days later he attempted a 2nd call. The agent was extremely rude and barely gave him the time of day, once she realised we couldn't meet the price they wanted (way over the $650,000 - $700,000 that it was listed at on trade me), she was done with him. He was guessing that she had either seen his message and ignored it or only had one listing at the time because my partner hadn't even mentioned the address or listing during the 30 second call.First home buyers are already stressed enough trying to find a home in a sellers/investors market without dealing with disappointing experiences like that.
