Do not trade with this company! Paid over $100 for plants more than a month ago, no plants & no replies to email or phone messages. I’ve lost $ and learned a lesson. This is a shame for smaller companies as Im sure like others I will now only buy from large & well known/branded places.

Do not buy from this shop. Ive ordered 2 plants on the 9th of Jan, Ive only received them yesterday 24th of Feb,after getting promised my order would get shipped soon.The 2 plants that I received yesterday is basically dead!I've sent pictures of the plants and requested a refund and a pick up for their badly damaged plants,but did not get any response.Dont waste your money on this shop.Their service is shocking!!!No wonder they've got so many bad reviews, just wish I saw it before buying from them.Every reply on the reviews starts with Sorry didnt have access to Google my business app until now.lol

Paid for 2 plants online 7 days ago and after non receipt emailed to ask where they were. No reply, no apology and not ecen an answer to my questions, just a shipping order emailed to show they were sent today. How rude!

I ordered and paid for some plants on the 6th November. 3 weeks later after I asked what was happening I was promised delivery in 2 weeks, when the time came I was told another 2 weeks before delivery. At the end of that time there was still no word so I asked for my money back. I had to insist when I was told a further investigation would be made. I did get my money back, I recommend that if you want to buy plants you shop elsewhere.

Terrible, do not buy online from this place. 3 weeks on, no plants, poor communication. Told plants would be sent on a particular day, never arrived. Very slow to respond to emails etc: No contact phone number ( not surprising) In a nutshell, they have taken the money and not supplied the goods, no response to my request for a refund. Should not be in business.

The worst online experience I have ever had. Ordered and paid for 10 plants nearly 3 weeks ago. I have emailed and messaged to ask what is happening as I have heard nothing since then. No response. Do not buy from this website.

Very bad service, poor communication, addressed to me incorrectly, 1x plant died in transit. They still owe me a refund. Not recommended
